When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
You can expect your order to ship within 3-6 weeks (unless otherwise noted) after it is placed.
The time it takes to receive your items after they are shipped varies on your region, weather, and speed of USPS. If your order is taking longer, I recommend requesting text or email notifications.

Hey Little Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once there is a delivery confirmation. You must file a claim with USPS.

Hey Little Co. is also not responsible for any customs fees.

I'm local, can I pick up my order instead?
For our safety, we are not allowing local pickup at this time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Right now we ship to the United States and Canada.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an error on our part.

I was sent the wrong item, what do I do?
Contact us ASAP with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will offer you a few options but you will ultimately receive the original item you ordered!

My seams came apart/there's a hole!
While we cannot account for how rough you or your little is with your items, we will fix them if possible!!

This usually involves sending your items back to us if a repair is needed. Hey Little Co. is not responsible for these shipping charges.

All of our apparel items are serged and hemmed for durability and a professional finish.

We are CPSC compliant.

All items are made in a smoke-free and cat friendly home.
